1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship only within India.

2. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders across India. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is successfully placed.

Orders may take slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, sales, or other high-order periods.

4. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through your registered contact details. You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If an order is delayed or remains undelivered, please contact our Customer Care team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the shipment.

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we can reship the order to the customer at no additional shipping charge.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, PIN code, and other delivery details are correct while placing the order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship the order free of charge after confirming the correct delivery details.

8. Damaged Parcel

If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record a continuous, clear unboxing video before opening the package.

For a damaged-product claim, the customer must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

  • Order details

Damage claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

After verification, the customer may choose between a refund or replacement, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are generally processed within 24–48 hours through the applicable payment method.
